Requesting Return Authorization
All returns to Kudzu Co. require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipment.
To request an RMA, please contact us through our website or by email with the following information:
Proof of purchase, such as an order number or invoice number
The product name and quantity
A brief description of the reason for return or performance concern
Our team is available to assist with questions related to product performance, warranty evaluation, order discrepancies, or shipping issues.
When approved, the assigned RMA number must be clearly marked on the exterior of the shipping package. Return instructions will be provided at the time the RMA is issued. RMAs are valid for 30 days from the date of approval, and products must be received within that window.
Whenever possible, products should be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all included documentation.
For safety and compliance reasons, products that have been exposed to biological materials, hazardous substances, or unsafe operating conditions cannot be accepted for return.

Warranty Returns
Standard, non-custom catalog items may be eligible for return within 30 days of purchase if they are:
Unused and unopened
In original packaging
In resalable condition
Eligible warranty returns may qualify for a refund or replacement, subject to inspection. Restocking fees may apply depending on the condition of the returned items or for returns requested outside the initial 30-day window.

Non-Warranty Returns and Repairs
For items that fall outside warranty coverage, Kudzu Co. may offer repair or rework services when feasible. Repair evaluations and associated costs, including parts, labor, and return shipping, will be quoted in advance. Written approval is required before any work begins.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including duties and customs fees where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Custom, modified, or made-to-order products
Special builds or application-specific designs
Items that meet stated specifications but were ordered incorrectly
Products exposed to biological specimens, hazardous materials, or unsafe conditions
