Most components are CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum with proper surface treatments for corrosion resistance and sealing. Windows, optics, and hardware are selected for clarity, flatness, thermal stability, and field survivability — not consumer-grade glass or off-the-shelf plastics. Everything is built for real-world conditions: heat, cold, dust, rain, vibration.
All orders ship from Huntsville, Alabama, with fast turnaround on in-stock items. We offer standard and expedited shipping at checkout. If your project has a hard deadline or operational window, reach out — we can often prioritize builds or coordinate delivery to meet field schedules.
